The Role In this Individual Contributor (IC) role, you will define how partnerships can accelerate our platform's reach. You won't just be drafting plans-you'll be working closely with internal teams and external partners to turn those plans into reality. You'll stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging architectural patterns and customer needs. Brand:

Speak with authority and credibility at industry events and in front of customers, helping shape the future of identity standards. Qualifications 10+ years in technical roles (Identity, Security, Cloud, or AI) with a track record of balancing strategy with getting things done. Proven success in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Developer Relations, or a similar partner-facing technical role. Deep technical knowledge of IAM, security architectures, and APIs. If you're familiar with agentic AI architectures, that's a huge plus. You enjoy creating hands-on assets like reference architectures, integrations, and technical blogs. You can translate complex technical concepts into a story that resonates with everyone, from engineers to executives. Proven strength in negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management across partners, customers, and internal teams. You're self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable taking the lead in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
