The position is responsible for various operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly and successfully. These duties include but are not limited to: training new hires, maximizing sales, cash management, staff management, opening/closing procedures, and support for other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, manage a team of 10-15 people, delegate tasks as necessary, and maintain flexibility. Industry experience is highly preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience leading teams Demonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up, and communicate with all levels of the organization Demonstrates ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills Demonstrates ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance Willing to work a flexible schedule to include 2nd shift, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 21 years of age
