Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate sales transactions and cash handling Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation zones, seating areas, and equipment Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining quality standards Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Qualifications
