Key Responsibilities Community Leadership & Operations Lead and oversee all aspects of community operations , ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for residents and staff. Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations , ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Manage budgets and financial performance , ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency. Promote a positive community image , fostering strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the greater community. Respond promptly and effectively to resident, employee, or operational issues , including after-hours needs. Resident & Family Engagement Ensure that resident needs are consistently met with dignity, compassion, and personalized attention. Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and caregivers , fostering an atmosphere of communication and confidence. Employee Development & Team Leadership Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in service and care. Provide ongoing staff education and training , ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional development opportunities. Cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture , where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed. Qualifications Minimum of two years of leadership or management experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field. Strong ability to communicate effectively , both verbally and in writing. State or provincially required licenses or certifications , if applicable. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Knowledge of budget management, operations, and regulatory compliance in a senior care setting is preferred. Why Brightwater?
