Job requirements Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of the store Master and execute our systems and processes Manage inventory, stock and finances Mentor leads and crew members, and build a truly cohesive team Production champion - make ice creams, cakes, cupcakes, waffles, etc. Provide exceptional customer service and be a role model for the team Benefits Base pay of $21-23/hour + $3-5 in tips.
