Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Computer Science, Liberal Arts, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in business planning, operations management, program or project management, strategy, finance, human resources, communications, or a related role; OR equivalent experience.Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines. Experience developing executive-ready communications, presentations, business reviews, or planning materials. #MSFTSecurity Business Program Management IC5- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900
- $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400
- $222,600 per year.
