Full Job Description Compensation:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year Larkspur Landing Renton seeks a General Manager to direct operations at our all-suite property. You will oversee the daily execution and long-term financial strategy within a high-volume extended-stay market. The role involves direct management of the hotel team. We need a leader focused on operational efficiency and capital preservation. Your work will directly influence the property profitability and market position within the South Puget Sound region. Set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance. Guest Experience Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of service standards, personalized experiences, and swift resolution of any issues. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest interactions and exceed expectations. Financial Performance Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals. Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed. Operational Excellence Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance. Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards. Employee Development Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization. Your Background and Skills Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field. Previous hotel management experience required. For paid sick leave, employees receive 5 sick days (40 hours) annually. Full-time employees are eligible for pay for 7 observed holidays.
