OBJECTIVES

To assist the Manager/Operator in the complete retail operations of the scoopshop, including the planning, operations, and marketing of this location.

To work with the team to ensure that the implementation of all systems fully supportand comply with all operating systems.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assist the Manager/Operator in the hiring and orientation of staff. Conduct in-store training and performance evaluation for all Team Member, with an added emphasis on efficiency and safety for scooping and other work functions.2. Direct day-to-day operations including store and staff appearance, customer service, cleanliness, compliance with all safety and operating standards, merchandising and production and inventory levels of all paper products, stored and tempered ice cream, waffle cones, novelties, and baked goods.3. Ensure customer satisfaction, by role modeling the practices of friendly, timely service and proper product handling.4. Coordinate the store opening and closing activities.5. Assist the Manager/Operator in the daily tracking of the store scooping performance and ensure that the scooping percentage is within the suggested operating standards.6. Assist the Manager/operator in the storage, and logging of all inventories. Ensure that all invoices are crosschecked with packing slips, bringing any discrepancies to the Manager/Operator s attention.7. Assist the Manager/Operator in meeting the performance goals of the store.
