Job Description

Lake City Partners Ending Homelessness (LCP) envisions a compassionate community where everyone has access to a home. We work to end homelessness by building trusting, individual relationships and accompanying people on their journey from tent to front door. Through shelter, day center, outreach, and client services, LCP creates pathways to stability, recovery, and permanent housing, primarily in North Seattle and North King County. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care, and we believe that every person deserves dignity, connection, and a place to call home. We are seeking an Executive Director who is inspired by the possibility of ending homelessness through compassionate service and bold leadership. Our experienced and deeply committed staff and board bring a collaborative, resourceful spirit—and genuine joy—to this work. With a strong financial foundation and a committed team, LCP is well positioned to expand our reach and impact. The successful candidate will build on LCP's strengths while helping shape what comes next: strengthening partnerships, developing resources, supporting and inspiring staff, collaborating with the board, and positioning the organization for sustainable growth and an even greater ability to serve our community.
