Trainee Program Overview:
Our Property Management Trainee Program is a 3-6 month immersive experience designed to provide structured training and hands-on exposure to property operations and leasing. During the training program, you will work at one of our vibrant Affinity Living Communities and learn what the hype around active adult living is all about! You will contribute to a collaborative team culture while developing the entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and excellence reflex needed to create value for our residents, strengthen community operations, and support exceptional resident experiences. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will then be assigned to a full-time position available within our portfolio, thus the ability to relocate is required.
