Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making. Acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. May act as an advisor to the chief executive, or responsible for the management of executive support staff. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project effort from early discovery through implementation planning and execution for new software solutions.
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, automation teams, IT partners, and senior leadership to align priorities and define project scope.
- Drive the evaluation and selection of software providers and implementation partners, including management of RFI, RFQ, and RFP activities.
- Gather, organize, and refine business and technical requirements to support solution design and informed decision-making.
- Serve as the primary link between technical teams and operational stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate vendor engagement, project meetings, and executive updates while maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.
- Support the development of a demo lab environment to assess capabilities related to unified named space, digital twin, and computer vision technologies.
- Create rollout strategies, resource plans, and quality-focused delivery approaches to support expansion across multiple facilities.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies and recommend practical adjustments to keep implementation objectives on track.
