Daytime availability required (weekdays) — evenings and weekends when needed

Must have reliable transportation to travel between locations Scratch Ice Cream is a small-batch, Wisconsin-dairy ice cream business with three locations — and we're looking for an Assistant Manager who takes pride in doing things right, even when no one's watching. If you've got leadership instincts, daytime availability, and a car, we want to hear from you. What you'll do Help run day-to-day operations across our locations, stepping in wherever you're needed Train and mentor team members — you'll set the standard for how we do things Oversee opening/closing procedures, sanitation, and steps of service Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive customer relationships Support inventory, ordering, and scheduling Represent the Scratch brand and our commitment to quality, local ingredients Who we're looking for Daytime availability, weekdays — this is a must Reliable transportation — you'll be moving between locations Ownership mentality — someone who takes initiative without being asked and takes pride in their work Comfortable learning new systems — we use POS and scheduling tools daily Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience a plus Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills combined with organizational skills for managing stock levels and operational tasks Why Scratch Local, small-batch ice cream with a real brand identity Room to grow into store leadership as we expand Employee discount on Scratch Ice Cream A close-knit team that cares about doing things well

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
