They lead and guide all employees at the store level and inspire their teams to create epic memories for customers. As a General Manager you'll get to: Work in a fun, creative environment Build and lead your team by hiring, training, and developing staff Oversee operations such as inventory, scheduling, and room maintenance Build rapport with the community Learn the ins and outs of the escape room world Grow under a corporate leadership team
