Camo Crew is a veteran-owned junk removal company built on discipline, accountability, and execution. We are looking for individuals who want to grow into leadership — not sit on the sidelines. This role is designed for people with a competitive background (sports, military, high-performance environments) who are coachable, dependable, and willing to earn responsibility. You won't start behind a desk. You'll work in the field, learning the business from the ground up. What This Role Actually Is This is a hands-on leadership development role . You will begin by working alongside our service teams: performing physical work learning job execution understanding customer experience developing leadership skills in real situations Over time, you will be developed into: Crew Chief Service Leader Future Service Manager What You'll Do Work on active job sites with service crews Learn how jobs are executed from start to finish Interact directly with customers Develop leadership skills in real-time environments Take on increasing responsibility as you prove capability This role is physical, fast-paced, and team-oriented .
