J&F Facility Services is looking for an experienced, energetic, organized, and accountable General Manager to help lead our growing commercial cleaning company. And when we say General Manager, we mean it. You'll help lead the people, the buildings, the customers, the training, the schedules, the systems, and—occasionally—the controlled chaos that comes with running a growing service company. That means:

Buildings are clean. Customers are happy. Employees are trained. Supervisors are leading. Problems get solved. Labor is controlled. Communication happens. Expectations are followed. And the same problem doesn't keep showing up every Monday morning. You'll oversee our field operations and work closely with our CEO, Vice President, HR, customer relations, sales, supervisors, leads, and cleaning teams. You'll have plenty of support—but you'll also have plenty of responsibility. What You'll Be Responsible For As General Manager, you'll: Lead, coach, and develop our operations leadership team, supervisors, leads, and cleaning teams Make sure our buildings are properly staffed, cleaned, inspected, and maintained Ensure company SOPs and cleaning standards are actually being followed—not just sitting in a binder Make sure inspections and Job Site Reports are completed consistently Visit accounts and see what's really happening in the field Develop supervisors into stronger leaders Improve employee training and onboarding Work with HR on hiring, attendance, performance, coaching, and corrective action Build strong relationships with customers Respond quickly when customers have concerns Monitor labor hours, overtime, staffing levels, supply usage, and job profitability Keep operations within budget Review schedules and staffing needs Help solve call-offs and staffing challenges Work with our administrative team on payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and communication Use and help improve systems such as WinTeam Lead new account start-ups Help create better systems as the company grows Identify problems and bring solutions Hold people accountable while treating them fairly and respectfully Jump into the field when needed Help us continue building a company people are proud to work for Who Are We Looking For?
