Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job description: Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth for a fast-paced concrete coating company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial floor systems. This role is responsible for overseeing sales, production, team performance, and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations including sales, scheduling, and installation teams Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards Manage workflow, job scheduling, and resource allocation across crews
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue through sales leadership, coaching, and performance tracking Monitor lead flow, close rates, and average ticket size Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage sales and installation staff Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
Financial Oversight:
Manage budgets, job costing, and profitability Track key metrics including margins, labor efficiency, and material usage Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Customer Experience:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from initial contact through project completion Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently Maintain and improve online reputation and reviews Process & Systems Implement and refine systems for sales tracking, job management, and reporting Maintain organization across CRM, scheduling, and operational tools Continuously improve operational processes for scalability
Qualifications:
3-7+ years of management experience (construction, home services, or similar industry preferred) Proven track record of driving revenue and managing teams Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with sales management and operational oversight Ability to read and understand basic financial reports and KPIs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Experience:
