- General Manager, Functional Service Provider (FSP)
- to lead one of our strategic customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Strategize and oversee account-level operational delivery, including team management, resource allocation, quality control, and project efficiency.
- Candidate Profile
- You'll thrive in this role if you bring: + Strategic leadership and financial acumen, with demonstrated strength in account management, budget planning, and margin optimization + Extensive experience leading in a matrix environment, managing multiple functional areas, and collaborating across diverse teams + Advanced ability to develop and motivate teams, conduct performance management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement + Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with a client-focused approach and understanding of business implications of decisions + Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with experience presenting to executive-level audiences + Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and analytics for strategy development, performance monitoring, and decision-making •Required Qualifications•+ Significant leadership experience (10+ years) within Clinical research organizations (CROs), Pharmaceutical companies, Biotechnology companies, Functional service provider (FSP) environments or other healthcare research organizations + Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed, and geographically dispersed teams.

- + Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
