Position Overview As the Director / General Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team focused on acquiring new home care clients, recruiting and retaining caregivers, optimizing scheduling, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This position reports directly to the company President.
Key responsibilities include:
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales, service-growth, and profitability targets. Building, developing, and leading a high-performing team. Coaching team members, managing performance, and creating a culture of accountability. Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Managing labor and operating expenses to achieve budget and profitability goals. Assisting with the development of annual budgets, pricing strategies, and growth plans based on market conditions and business performance. This position includes a competitive monthly bonus program based on profitability and service growth. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
