Are you a top-performing automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Manager Trainee to join our dealership team. This developmental role is designed to prepare future leaders for sales management positions through hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to all aspects of dealership sales operations. Responsibilities Learn all aspects of dealership sales management and operations. Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve performance goals. Support daily sales activities, including customer interactions and deal structuring. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales consultants. Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to improve results. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a superior buying experience. Assist with inventory management, vehicle merchandising, and pricing strategies. Learn dealership finance and insurance processes. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and industry regulations. Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience required. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong leadership potential and desire to advance into management. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules. Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software is preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
