This role performs leadership activities consistent with the expectations of Essentia Health and the Board of Pharmacy rules. Participates in and oversees the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions to provide comprehensive pharmacy services.
Education Qualifications:
Doctorate or bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Board of Pharmacy of the state in which they will be working (Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota). Pharmacists in the SMPHM Union, are required to be licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, regardless of their primary worksite.
