Schedule:

Day Shift - Morning start time Principle Tasks Working with employees Scheduling Creating job estimates Use of various small engine equipment Driving truck and trailer combination Utilizing software and spreadsheets Requirements Class D or higher drivers license Passing background check, including criminal, motor vehicle record and drug testing Ability to be on your feet and walking most of the day Ability to maintain records Ability to promote sales Goal oriented and good work ethics Ability to interact with customers The ability to work well independently and with others Capable of completing minor repairs on small engine equipment Physical Demands Maintain emotional control under stress Frequent standing, crouching, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling The ability to lift up to 50 lbs Summary of Work This position is looking for someone to dedicate themselves to creating the ideal workplace. It will be a journey of problem solving and learning better ways to communicate. Some days will be long and everyday will be different. You will need to be capable of adapting to the ever changing flow of business. Some days you will work beside your employees and others you will work independently.
