General Manager Crown Auto Group Overview Crown Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead the operations of an automotive dealership. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the dealership, including new and used vehicle sales, Finance & Insurance (F&I), Fixed Operations (Service and Parts), customer satisfaction, employee development, and financial performance. This role provides strategic leadership while ensuring the dealership meets sales, profitability, and manufacturer performance objectives. Responsibilities Lead all dealership operations, including Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, and Administrative departments. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence through effective leadership and performance management. Manage dealership financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profit and loss (P&L). Develop, coach, and hold department managers accountable for achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational goals. Oversee inventory management, customer experience initiatives, and dealership performance metrics. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturer representatives, and community partners. Qualifications Five or more years of progressive automotive dealership management experience, preferably as a General Manager, General Sales Manager, or Fixed Operations leader. Proven success leading a franchised automotive dealership and improving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of dealership financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory management, and automotive retail operations. Experience managing Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts departments. Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar platforms. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
