To operate and maintain a privately owned licensed group home for 5 adults with disabilities. This will include hiring and supervision of all staff, including scheduling/providing all training required of staff; scheduling of staff to provide adequate coverage of all shifts (this might include covering shifts if noone is available); have knowledge of all policies, regulations and laws pertaining to the operation of a licensed group home and theTitle XIX Waiver program; work cooperatively with outside agencies involved in care of residents; develop yearly personalized programs for residents based on their needs; take an active part in Board of Directors and all committees; monitoring of all paperwork to assure it is up-to-date and completed; oversee financial resources of residents; monitor physical structure of home and report/submit any repairs needed to the Board of Directors. Must be able to pass Criminal Background check.
