The day to day role as the recruiter and motivator of a team comprised of generation z's, millennials, to baby boomers will require strong communication and organization skills. Your role as host our guests will require a great smile, and occasional diplomacy to ensure everyone has a memorable time. Your role as the leader will require attention to safety compliance, and the ability to manage tech staff. Your role as business leader will require experience with point of sales systems, the ability to read a financial statement and strong math aptitude.
