Researches funding sources, writes grant applications, monitors the work being done with grant funding, and prepares reports for funders. Job Description
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in grants management, compliance, and/or oversight and monitoring 3+ years of experience in business development, with demonstrated success identifying, qualifying, positioning, negotiating, and implementing scopes of work for grant-funded or compliance-related engagements Experience with federal and state grant regulations, including OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and related compliance requirements Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 3 - 5 days per week in Tallahassee FL Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:
Demonstrated experience developing and executing oversight and monitoring frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance review programs Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing scopes of work and contract terms with government agencies, non-profits, and/or private-sector clients Experience in disaster recovery grants Advanced use of grants technology Experience working with government agencies, non-profits, and/or the private sector Ability to work independently and leading multidisciplinary teams #GPSFT2026
