Works collaboratively across departments to meet project deliverables through ongoing monitoring and stewardship, including compiling, writing, and submitting reports and other information requested by stakeholders. Essential Job Duties Analyze requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures, Provide guidance on contract policies, procedures or compliance matters affecting the company, Participate in proposal planning and administration of new and current contracts/grants, Facilitate and track contract and grant approval documents through the acceptance and signature process, Track post-contract/award activity and tasks including data gathering, reporting, and deliverable requirements and audits, Communicate contract requirements to relevant Team Members throughout the lifetime of the grant/contract and as New Leaders Onboard, Work collaboratively with Operations team to ensure contract compliance when opening/closing Programs upon execution/discontinuation of contract(s), Support Operations team with project implementation phase, ensuring key start-up deliverables are met, Compile, write, review, and submit accurate, on-time reports as required by contract/grant funder, Maintain staff vacancy summary and ensure the Operations leadership is aware of any pending contract issues related to vacancies, Compile and submit all documentation for administrative compliance reviews, Support and participate in Quality Improvement reviews or audits by stakeholders, as needed, Maintain contract/grant files including correspondence with stakeholders, any waivers, and changes or amendments, Maintain contract summary detailing key contract components and updates as amendments are executed, Prepare reports on the status of contracts for management and monitor contract/grant renewals/expirations and timely execution of related documents, Create and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate contract compliance, Serve as the point of contact for Programs on contractual matters and act as contractual liaison between the company, stakeholders, and applicable subcontractors, Review and recommend options for the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and system enhancements in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and administration and monitoring of projects based on stakeholder requirements Collaborate with Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) team to ensure that organizational policies and procedures reflect contractual requirements, Prepare, review, and approve Collaborative Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, Facility Leases, and other legal documents as needed for AMIkids and AMIkids Programs, May travel or drive for work related purposes, Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Bachelor's degree in business or related field, required, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience in contract compliance, Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in contract/grant preparation, contract management, or compliance monitoring, Knowledge of federal reporting requirements and restrictions (e.g., Uniform Guidance) preferred, Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Paralegal designation or experience working in a law firm a plus What's in it for you?
