Role:
The Post Award Grant Administrator supports the grants management team by overseeing post-award administrative functions, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, and maintaining accurate financial and programmatic records. This role serves as a key operational resource across internal departments to keep active grants on track and running efficiently.
Your role within the team:
Maintain grant-related documentation including invoices, client records, expense files, and reporting schedules to ensure compliance and accuracy Submit programmatic data into funder-specific reporting databases Upload timekeeping, payroll, and effort reports for grant-funded activities Code and route reimbursement payments and invoices to the appropriate Grant Activity Maintain relationships with internal teams to support active grant management and provide customer support for the grant management system Ensure project status and tasking are accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience in grant administration, post-award compliance, or sponsored programs management Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficiency in financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting processes
Preferred:
Experience with grant management systems or funder reporting databases Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field
