This position manages the full grant lifecycle, including funding research, proposal development, application submission, compliance monitoring, reporting, and grant record management. Working collaboratively with leadership, program staff, community partners, and funding organizations, the Grant Development Manager helps secure resources that expand and sustain services for individuals and families in need. The Grant Development Manager must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Hawaiʻi's mission and incorporate the organization's four core values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Services or a related field with minimum four (4) years related experience. Grant writing experience highly preferred.

Hawaii State Criminal Check, Driver's License, Access to Vehicle with Current Valid Registration, Safety Check, and No-Fault Insurance, Education Verification
