Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Grant Program Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration, monitoring, and reporting of the Combat Cancer Rural Health Transformation Grant. This position serves as the central coordinator for all grant-funded activities, ensuring program objectives, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements are achieved in accordance with grant agreements and organizational policies The Grant Program Manager partners with operational leaders, finance, compliance, clinical teams, and community stakeholders to support successful execution of grant initiatives, maintain regulatory compliance, document outcomes, and demonstrate measurable impact on rural cancer care across the region. Full Time - 80 hours per pay period
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Education, or related field and three (3) to five (5) years of experience.
Licensure/certification:
None Previous Work Experience:
Previous experience with grant management, regulatory compliance, auditing, or healthcare operations preferred.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial, operational, and data-related information to a variety of audiences. Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to direct the work of others while maintaining personal accountability for assigned responsibilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments, healthcare teams, and community organizations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, process improvement, and operational excellence. Proven ability to remain composed, adaptable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and lookup functions. Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and compassion, with the ability to build trust, inspire others, and foster positive working relationships.
