Supervises the Frontline Futures Rural Health Grant. This position is grant funded, and continued employment is contingent upon ongoing funding.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Administer and supervise all grant functions. Ensure alignment with project activities, goals, and performance measures. Supervise grant personnel including Outreach Liaison, Clinical Site Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Facilitate collaboration among grant partners and with broader healthcare community. Meet all reporting requirements. Follow all applicable guidelines governing grant activities.
Performance Measurements:
Attainment of grant measures and objectives. Successful management of grant funds. Successful integration of grant initiatives into the larger operations of the grant partners.
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:
Experience:
Two to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; Experience in previous roles that translates well to these job expectations will also be considered.
Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job, and a high level of interpersonal skills is critical to the success of this position. Work frequently involves contacts requiring considerable discussion of the problems, material presentations, and resolving issues impacting grant stakeholders and participants.
Other Skills:
Self-motivated with excellent organizational, project and time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
