POSITION SUMMARY
The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health and Crisis Services (BHCS-LBHA) is seeking two full-time, temporary Grants Monitoring Program Managers in Rockville, MD to oversee grant agreements with behavioral health service providers serving children in the school system, ensuring compliance with requirements and fidelity to Evidence Based Practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee 7-8 grant agreements with providers of behavioral health services for children in the school system, ensuring compliance with requirements and fidelity to Evidence Based Practices. Review reports for accuracy and work with providers and school liaisons to address barriers to success. Monitor performance, clarifying scope and expected outcomes. Provide guidance and technical assistance on service delivery, reporting, and fiscal requirements, including budget reviews, expenditure tracking, and invoice processing. Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience in both programmatic and fiscal grant monitoring. Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication. Familiarity with issues relating to children's behavioral health, especially in the context of school settings, preferred. Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building and collaborative skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of experience in program planning, evaluation, administration, or management required. Master's degree in a health or human services field preferred, not required.
