Grants Program Director / Grants Compliance Manager Position Purpose The Grants Administrator provides the administrative infrastructure required to keep the company's grant portfolio organized, current, documented, and submission-ready. Core Responsibilities Maintain grant files and electronic records. Maintain grant calendars and deadlines. Track applications, awards, amendments, reports, and renewals. Prepare grant submission materials. Coordinate signatures and required documentation. Maintain funder contact information. Assist with grant reporting. Track required attachments and certifications. Maintain grant correspondence. Support budget tracking. Prepare grant status reports. Support grant audits and monitoring. Maintain organizational documents required for grant applications. FutureHub Program Skills Understanding of youth-serving programs. Knowledge of OST terminology. Understanding of school-year and summer programming. Familiarity with program attendance and participation records. Understanding of academic enrichment documentation. Strong organizational and deadline-management skills. Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years administrative or grants experience. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills. Strong written communication.
