Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements1-2 years of assembly experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and follow written instructionsExperience using hand and power toolsJob DutiesAssemble products according to customer specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructionsFollow established assembly procedures and quality standardsPlan assembly processes using prior experience and product requirementsInspect completed products for accuracy and qualityPreferred QualificationsPrevious factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.
Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
