Position Introduction:
In the Department of Medicine, we are growing and are excited to add to our team! The Lead Contract/Grant Coordinator will work as a part of the Central Research Team. Under minimal supervision, this position provides administrative support to a state or national level sponsored grant by preparing grant proposals, managing the grant award finances, and acting as a liaison between the faculty and central offices for required university approvals. This position requires a proficient understanding of research administration concepts, guidelines, and principles. Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree. 60 months experience in grant proposal submission and/or research administration.
Equivalent/Substitution:
Will accept 48 months experience in grant proposal submissions and/or research administration in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 108 months experience.
