Job Description

Based in Colmar, PA, this leadership opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by guiding a dedicated community-based Behavioral Case Management team serving clients in Montgomery County. The Blended Case Management Supervisor role blends hands‑on leadership, collaboration, and a recovery‑focused approach to strengthen services, support staff growth, and positively influence outcomes for individuals and the community. The Blended Case Management Supervisor's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Staff Supervision & Development:
Oversee BCM staff performance, personnel actions, training, on‑call coverage, and provide ongoing coaching, supervision, and recovery‑focused guidance.Program Operations & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to state, Office of Mental Health, Merakey, and BCM regulations, standards, policies, documentation, and system (Avatar) requirements.Quality Assurance & Reporting:
Manage quality control activities including chart audits, consumer satisfaction, billing reviews, incident reporting, productivity tracking, vouchers, and documentation oversight.Leadership, Communication & Collaboration:
Support the Director through communication of departmental needs and outcomes, participation in meetings, collaborative team supervision, and implementation of BCM philosophy and goals.Program Development, Finance & Outreach:
Assist with budgeting, financial monitoring, marketing and outreach efforts, referral management, and continuous program improvement initiatives. Earn $28.51 per hour. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Nursing, Counseling or related field of study. Minimum 3 years direct mental health care experience required. Experience in Motivational Interviewing, co-occurring disorders, trauma informed care or other related areas preferred but not required. Certification in Peer Specialist, Psych Rehab or other related areas preferred Must have a valid Driver's license and clean driving record You will workMonday-Friday:
