Job Description

Job Description The Dauphin County Human Services Director's Office is currently accepting applications for a full-time, day shift position of Grants Management Analyst. The hourly rate for this position is $25.33 per hour. This position is responsible for providing analysis, administrative management, and contract monitoring for grant-funded programs in the Human Services Director's Office to ensure effectiveness and appropriate use of grant resources related to grants serving the homeless population, those at risk of homelessness, early childhood, and other grants, as they arise. The Grants Management Analyst is responsible for the collection, review, approval, and maintenance of all pre-contractual sub-recipient/vendor documentation required by the County, State, and Federal Governments, and assumes a leadership role in planning and performing sub-recipient/vendor monitoring for multiple grants including, but not limited to, ESG (Emergency Solutions Grant), HAP (Homeless Assistance Program), and other Human Service grants. The individual in this role may also perform case management functions in conjunction with these grants.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Three to five years of experience in a Human Services field involving supervision, and/or management, and/or quality assurance, and/or delivery of services responsibilities, and a bachelor's degree in the field of human services. Contract monitoring experience preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
At the time of hire, a valid driver's license and positive driving record, a favorable criminal background check, child abuse and FBI clearances, as well as favorable references are required. The applicant must provide proof of a valid Pennsylvania driver's license within 60 days from the date of hire. An alternative form of identification will be accepted if you are not eligible to receive a Pennsylvania driver's license under 67 PA.
