Job Description
Non-Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform other related duties as assigned Luzerne County Community College (hereinafter referred to as the 'College') is committed to a work, academic and public environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master's Degree preferred Experience
- Five (5) years of administrative experience in an educational or business environment, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in project research, planning, and management Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with faculty, staff, students, organizations, and public; demonstrated in-depth and current knowledge of education, economic, and workforce development initiatives and resources; proven ability to compile, analyze, and interpret research data and present data in tabular, pictorial, and graphic formats; excellent analytical, organizational, marketing, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects simultaneously; experience performing effectively in a broad range of environments including academic, government, and business settings.
