Administrative Services Manager Nashville, TN Job Details Contract $23 - $29 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Delegation Full Job Description One of our clients in the government domain is seeking an Administrative Services Manager to provide advanced administrative and fiscal support for Maternal and Child Health (MCH) grants funded through the Rural Health Transformation Program. This role serves as the lead administrative support for the HRP MCH grant portfolio and includes supervisory responsibilities over an Administrative Assistant 3. Months Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead administrative and fiscal support for HRP-funded Maternal and Child Health grants. Monitor and track grant budgets, invoices, and expenditures to ensure fiscal accountability and sustainability. Review and process invoices along with supporting documentation to ensure compliance prior to submission. Collaborate with fiscal and contracts teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely payments. Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to an Administrative Assistant 3, including task delegation and quality assurance. Maintain accurate and compliant grant documentation in accordance with TDH, HRSA, and CMS guidelines. Provide administrative coordination support to program directors, including reporting, scheduling, and general operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or fiscal support within grant-funded programs. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Work Environment & Additional Information:
Hybrid work model. Initial in-person attendance required at the Nashville central office for onboarding and equipment deployment (non-reimbursable travel). Quarterly in-person attendance is required for division meetings in Nashville.
Standard work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST (37.5 hours per week). Contract position renewable annually on June 30, contingent upon funding availability. Funded through the Rural Health Transformation Grant, currently approved through October 30, 2030.
