Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated RF Scanner/Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic logistics and warehouse operations team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory levels, streamlining stock management processes, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. The successful candidate will utilize RF scanning technology to perform real-time inventory updates, assist with warehouse distribution activities, and ensure data accuracy across various inventory management systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for logistics to contribute to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate RF scanners to accurately track, update, and manage inventory data within warehouse management systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy. Support shipping and receiving processes by scanning materials, verifying shipments, and ensuring proper documentation. Assist with order fulfillment by locating items efficiently and preparing products for dispatch. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce discrepancies. Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for inventory analysis and reporting. Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse operations and inventory control. Handle materials movement using forklifts or other materials handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of stock movements, damages, or discrepancies for root cause analysis. Support demand planning and supply chain analytics efforts by collecting relevant data and providing insights. Experience Candidates should possess a background in warehouse distribution, inventory, or supply chain operations. Experience with RF scanner technology, and inventory charts paired with familiarity with logistics inventory, and materials handling will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong data collection and analysis skills.
Key qualifications include:
Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers involving RF scanning technology. Understanding of supply chain principles including demand planning, procurement, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment. Excellent organizational skills coupled with cross-functional communication abilities.
