Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Missing Items/Triage Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating missing items and returning inventory to the floor. This associate will also be responsible for locating and retrieving items from the floor to be shipped to customers nationwide. Your efforts will ensure inventory accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate must have basic computer skills and be able to use an IPad/IPod.
Responsibilities:
Locating missing items and shipping out items once found or placing them back into inventory. Finding the location to return inventory to and adding pick locations to inventory. Returning Go Backs/ misplaced inventory to correct location s using and IPad or IPod. Ensuring that inventory is well-organized and maintained while picking and preparing orders. Packing and shipping orders to customers nationwide on behalf of e-commerce clients. Examining and inspecting products for defects and damages. Actively participating and contributing ideas to improve and/or optimize facility procedures.Skills:
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Ability to work within a team to achieve common goals and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Great accuracy and attention to detail. Able to utilize computer programs if needed. Able to lift 15-30 pounds consistently throughout a regular shift, if needed.Pay:
$10.00 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per weekBenefits:
