Part-Time
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Assistant supports the Food & Beverage department by maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring all bars are fully stocked and prepared for upcoming events. Working primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays from approximately 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this position is responsible for receiving deliveries, organizing storage areas, counting inventory, restocking bar locations, and assisting with inventory reconciliation. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory levels Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure products are easily accessible and properly rotated Assist with weekly inventory counts and inventory reporting Identify low-stock items and communicate replenishment needs to the F&B management team Ensure inventory is stored safely and in accordance with health and safety standards Safely lift, move, and transport inventory throughout the venue Perform additional inventory and operational support tasks as assigned by F&B management
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES
Strong basic math skills with the ability to accurately count and reconcile inventory High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Dependable with a consistent attendance record and ability to work independently Previous inventory, warehouse, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Ability to read and communicate clearly and effectively Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Availability to work Mondays and Tuesdays from approximately 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional schedule adjustments as business needs require Must maintain a professional attitude and work effectively as part of the Food & Beverage team
