Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This is a key role responsible for managing the flow of goods, from receiving and inspecting shipments to loading/unloading trucks, picking customer orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in keeping things organized, and contribute to the efficiency of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments from trucks. Inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, and potential damage. Record and log goods into the inventory system. Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency. Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Assist with stocktaking and inventory checks as needed. Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Report discrepancies or damaged goods to management. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (experience required). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, receiving, or order-picking experience preferred (not required). Forklift experience required. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
