Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, Analyze, and Monitor Inventory and Transactions Support Physical Inventory Support Negative Component Investigation Investigate and Report Component Down Time Support Cycle Counts of Components Create and Maintain Kanban Cards Create and Maintain Component Warehouse Maps Create and Complete Sales Orders from Purchasing's Outside Workflows Verify FIFO (First In First Out) activity is followed Pull service components for service builds Assist in packing monthly service orders Oversee and support in / out-bound materials activity Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and storage areas. Support daily cycle counts and inventory audits as required. Follow all safety, 5S, and standard operating procedures related to material handling.
Qualifications/Skills:
1-3 years of experience in a receiving or logistics role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment, preferably automotive. Familiarity with inventory control systems and barcode. Forklift certification or ability to be certified. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Basic math and computer skills. The ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in varying warehouse conditions.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and various materials. Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Ability to work and maneuver in tight spots and around potentially dangerous equipment. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs. Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends.
