Inventory Control Associate Kodiak Interiors Group Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time $21 - $25 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Customer returns handling English Microsoft Office Desktop applications Warehouse experience Safety standard operating procedures Cross-functional communication Quality data entry Full Job Description Role and Responsibilities The Inventory Associate is responsible for carrying out the accuracy of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and installation schedules. Follow and enable a culture where Arizona Home and Appliance Core Valuescome to life. Safely, accurately, andtimelyreceiving of product. Inspect returned merchandiseand process according to company standards. Track incoming and outgoing products, processing and handling will call customers Provide inventory control reports asrequired. Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting). Updating database with incoming and outgoing products. Maintain a safety while using equipment and tools Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed. Use technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders. Clean the workspace as you go andparticipatewith the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free. Associate will be working as part of a small team but should be able to work independently Communicate effectivelyacross areas of the business (order service, customer service) tosolve forcustomer's needs. Qualifications and Education Requirements Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management isrequired. Proficiencyin English (written and spoken) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills Data entry and computer skillsrequired, along withproficiencyin Office 365 Preferred Skills Previousexperience in the Appliance Industry (sales or operations) Additional Notes This position is partially based in warehouse with traveling across the warehouse and adverse climate conditions may occur and partially in an office, sitting and ability to use a computer is required. Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm
