Full Job Description Responsibilities:
You will support manufacturing operations by ensuring materials, inventory, and production resources are received into the company MRP accurately, and available to meet daily production and shipping requirements while adhering to company and regulatory protocols and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Read and follow standard operating procedures and perform work as assigned. Receive, identify, organize, and stock incoming materials. Learn and retain information relating to standards and specifications through on-the-job training. Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Perform visual inspections of incoming materials and production components. Verify part numbers, quantities, revisions, and documentation before releasing materials to inventory. Work with a variety of hand tools, barcode scanners, computers, and other manufacturing equipment. Conduct quality checks of materials and products throughout receiving Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
Requirements:
Warehouse or Plant:
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the technology or medical device industry. Familiar with packing lists, inventory control, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Experience working with hand tools, barcode scanners, and basic warehouse equipment. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Strong time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to adjust and be flexible in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work cleanly and efficiently, including knowledge of 5S and Kanban. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding work assignments, inventory shortages, quality concerns, and safety issues. Ability to communicate in English both orally and in written form for the safe and effective performance of the job. Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
