Key Responsibilities:
Carry out functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to better understand student needs Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Offer expert consultation and training for school staff and families to ensure effective support strategies Analyze data and monitor student progress, making adjustments as needed Support students with a range of behavioral and developmental needs, fostering a positive learning environmentDesired Qualifications:
Current, active BCBA certification Appropriate California licensure/credentials Prior experience working in a school-based role is preferred Strong communication skills, with a collaborative, team-focused approach With a supportive team environment and opportunities to make a tangible impact, youll help students reach their full potential.
