WHAT YOU'LL DO
Count lumber-related products on a 4-6 week cycle according to the count schedule. Collect and process cut sheets from the yard and surrounding areas. Research inventory and committed quantities to ensure accurate counts. Investigate and correct discrepancies, including items showing on the "Negative Quantities" report. Enter inventory changes and print RPI reports for each count sheet. Track and post results on the master spreadsheet. Keep cut sheets and RPI records organized by date for two months. Work closely with the Lumber Buyer to resolve significant discrepancies. Check in with the Lumber Buyer before leaving each day for any priority counts.

Back up lumber receiving. Help with forklift operations. Stock the Store. Assist the warehouse team.
WHAT YOU BRING
Strong communication and people skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while taking direction. A cooperative, team-first attitude. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism. High school diploma or GED. Comfort using computers, Microsoft Office, phones, and standard office equipment.
THE PHYSICAL SIDE
This is an active role-not a desk job all day! You'll regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, climb, and move around the yard and warehouse. You must occasionally be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull 50 lbs. You should also be comfortable working around moving vehicles and mechanical equipment.
