In this role you will partner with inbound/outbound teams and problem-solving staff to reduce shrink, resolve discrepancies, and keep operations running smoothly. This role supports warehouse and fulfillment functions and is performed onsite at the facility. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform inventory audits of odd and problem locations to identify misplacements, shortages, and system discrepancies Use handheld RF scanners and the warehouse management system (WMS) to reconcile inventory and update database records Apply ISS best practices to optimize item slotting and location accuracy Route, store, and stage materials using pallet jacks and standard material handling equipment Conduct quality checks and verify materials against shipping/receiving documentation Investigate and resolve
