Our foundation is built on "T.I.E": Teamwork Innovation Execution Role Overview Besender is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Count Associate to support inventory control and daily warehouse operations across inbound and outbound functions. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and discrepancy resolution, as well as supporting packing and restocking activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with inventory scanners and forklift operation, and can effectively communicate with headquarters in China to ensure inventory alignment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy Use inventory scanners to track, verify, and update inventory in the system Support inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipment verification Restock inventory and organize products to maintain efficient warehouse flow Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standards Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with root cause analysis and resolution Operate forklifts safely to move, store, and organize inventory Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation Communicate inventory status, discrepancies, and updates with HQ team in China Assist in improving inventory control processes and warehouse efficiency Follow company safety standards and warehouse procedures Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in inventory control or cycle counting Experience using inventory scanners or RF scanning systems required Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, or ERP systems) Ability to communicate with overseas teams; Mandarin Chinese preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience in reverse logistics, refurbishment, or repair environments Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Bilingual in
