We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service. As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment. If you enjoy working with a team and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications. Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the picking area. Utilize handheld scanners and other equipment to track inventory. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
